This dealership has it dialed in as far as service goes, they are very quick and efficient, my service advisor Ronnie has excellent communication skills and follows up with detail on every appointment.

Brandon (Sales), Tom (Sales), Justin (Sales Manager) and Tracy (Finance) at Earnhardt Buick GMC in Mesa, AZ were AWESOME!!!! The Sales Staff were terrific. No hard sell, explained everything clearly and bent over backward to make me happy. When I went to pick up my new truck it was bit dirty inside an out. Desert rain and wind is bad here. I asked them to clean it up before I took possession and was given a loaner while it was being detailed. The service manager checked in with me after the sale to make sure I was taken care of.. that was great. They even helped me get a electronic issue addressed very quickly. Finance- Sarah was perfect, she walked me through all the of the sales contract and some options. We discussed an extended warranty. Absolutely no pressure was put on me to buy it either. I did buy it after a bit of thought for a decent price. She was accommodating and it was a very pleasant experience. Service-I have had some issues with infotainment center in the truck. Lige and Weston are great. They explained to me what was going on and fixed it. Both of them spent time with me showing me how to operate some of the bells and whistles and now my carplay works perfectly!! Weston literally sat in my truck rebooted some stuff and had enough patience with an old man to resolve the issue! Thank you Weston and Lige!

Communication sucked. I had to call to check if I wanted to know what was going on. No automatic updates. Loaner car situation sucked. I had zero time to go to the third party to get the loaner. My head liner came back with a grease streak across it.

Mark was very professional and precise with the work, cost and the time frame of the work to be done on my truck.

The whole experience was great and the gentleman that helped us was fantastic. Just want to say how wonderful and painless Alan made the whole experience.

Autumn is great! Short wait and on the road!

The dealership looks like it needs an update. Poor parking, poor location, service advisors would rather advise me that my concerns all typical behavior for, insert concern about vehicle. Also they advise me their transmission guy is out/over booked, advise me to drop off my vehicle and wait for 3 days then be charged $150 for proper diagnostic, then be advised if a part is needed it’s on back order. Get real. The service manager has still yet to follow up on my transmission replacement. The dealer is vague about repairs, shady about know issues, reluctant to divulge the truth. Pathetic

Quick service. Told me it would take about an hour and it was. Also, took care of ck engine lite on which was related to the oil change since it was about a quart low on oil. Good service and pricing was what expected.

We came in with a dead battery and the service person tried to find any warranties that would work. Although he didn't find anything, he was able to get us in to have a new battery put in.

It was great was fast and straight to the point. Finished way faster than any other time I been to buy a car and I left with an amazing car thanks to Joe.

My vehicle a 2024 GMC AT4 Acadia was in for a radiator nose leaking. My vehicle was brought in on October 22, 2025. Did not received my vehicle until November 18, 2025. Earnhardt supplied me with a rental vehicle for the duration of the repair. It was just frustrating that it took that long to get the part. Another thing is that my brakes front life showed 42 percent at the time and they indicated that it was the module software that needed to be updated. Well it corrected it self for a little while, but just lately it has been showing that my front brakes are at 18 percent, and the rear are at 76 percent. It just doesn't make sense with 12,000 miles on this 2024 vehicle why it would show that percentage. Does the sensor need to be changed, or reset again?

If I could only make one complaint, it's that when we're standing there waiting to be seen, it feels like none of the service advisors acknowledge you. No 'I'll be right with you' or 'We'll take care of you in just a moment'. I get it they're busy, but sometimes felt unseen. My advisor, Autumn, was the only one who made eye contact with me and said 'I'll be right with you'. My only other complaint was, I had my one and only mail key in my console tray, and someone moved it to the dash behind the cluster screen, which wasn't visible from anywhere, and Autumn luckily found it there, but why was it touched or moved in the first place? Besides that, they're very thorough as far as checking in your vehicle and I didn't have to wait a long time for my service to be completed.

I was greeted by HAMID NAJAFI before I even got to the door. He listened to my requirements and showed me both used and new cars in my price range. Once I had selected the car I wanted he took me through the process. I also went through Finance with Tracy Hunt who made the process easy.

I continued to contact the service advisor to collect my own updates. I would have thought I would receive updates considering my vehicle was in the shop for three weeks. Along with them telling me my transmission would be in at a certain time and date but showed up two weeks later. Finally when I picked up my vehicle I opened the hood to see what repairs were done. At this time I noticed my windshield wiper reservoir was broken along with the snap in mounts to my grill were broken and never replaced. I then went in and told the advisor and he went to go check to see he they had anymore in the shop. I would have expected better customer service all around because this repair was not cheap and I was continuously having to reach out myself to find out about my truck instead of getting updates. Finally I was told multiple times that I would be getting a call back right away and then I would never receive a call back. This happened throughout the process of my vehicle being in the shop. I was not happy with this experience.

Great guys in the service department, in particular Ronny was exceptional. He was so helpful and kind. Came in for an oil change for a vehicle we bought from Earnhardt two years ago. During the services they did an all points check and found we had a bad battery. It was replaced under the bumper to bumper coverage and we very pleased that this was found and addressed.

From the start to the finish of receiving our 2026 Denali Ultimate was absolutely amazing!!! Everyone was helpful and very professional with 100 percent knowledge of this truck.

Wait time for a scheduled oil change with tire rotation was over 90 minutes. I would expect an hour at most.

We had an appointment and we arrived on time and we got in immediately. We were told it would take an hour and right on time, one hour later we were on our way home.

They were on time with my vehicle being ready.

I previously tried purchasing another vehicle in Tucson, they gave me nothing but bad treatment in 3-4 weeks of talking with them. I called Earnhardt Gmc around 2pm and by 4 pm they had given me almost 5% less interest rate, 6 thousand less in down payment, and less monthly payments. They sent the car to my house the very next day too. Alyssa, Tracy and Tony were all extremely helpful and nice to me and made the purchase of the vehicle incredibly easy and fast.

Looking for a great comfortable ride as we get older. Found exactly what we were looking for at Earnhardt Buick/GMC. Easy buying experience and they took my older Civic for a trade in. A slight mistake on a weather coat issue which was resolved on the spot with no hassles. Super job there!!

Great no-nonsense purchasing experience from Brad and his team.

They were very good about getting the truck in for inspection and met our schedule for completion of the job. I was disappointed that I called the service advisor 3 times for an update, and the service manager once, left messages each time and did not receive a call back.

The mechanic did a great job on replacing my 1997 GMC 1500 Sierra Truck steering wheel! I am very satisfied with the the job they did!!

We had a part on back order, but our direct person of contact, Mark Turner stayed on it and was persistent when it came to checking on the back ordered part. He went above and beyond to get a rental for us and made this transaction easy even though it took 2.5 months for a part that was in back order.

Mark did a great job with staying on top of our warranty company, they were difficult to work with, which shouldn't be the case. But the whole team did well, and we actually got our car back a little earlier than we thought, which was great. All in all, a great experience.

Josh Lambert was so helpful and kind. He was very easy to have a conversation with and he is genuinely sincere. We would definitely work with him again when we are ready to lease again. Thank you Josh for making our experience pleasant versus an annoying task.

Getting in a time was a little stressful but once they got the car in, it was out in a reasonable amount of time.

My 2024 1500 GMC pickup brock down, a problem with the DEF heater. I got 0 response from your service department for a solid 10 days, so decided to trade trucks. Things went well on the trade and Brandon Williams was very helpful. I don't understand all the paperwork involved but being from Iowa, I guess I don't need too! I would give Brandon an excellent rating & your service department a big red F! To top it all off they stuck me with a $360.00 rent a car while they decided to do nothing!

Had my truck for 4 days and my truck was not fixed they had to order a part after I picked up the truck and the radio still cuts in and out. Now the part is back ordered, not their fault. Service was still great.

When i booked the truck in for the service is was informed $109 plus tax, I also received this in the mail. When I went to pay there was additional changes (fees and workshop supplies). I Asked the cashier "why?" the response i received was a sharp "read the sign". Also when i asked the service rep how the service went I was handed a check list with zero explanation as he walked away. will be finding somewhere else to service my truck.

Weston and the technicians at Earnhardt GMC were finally able to identify a noise in the front end of our 2025 Acadia. The car has 63000 plus miles on it. The noise sounded like something was very loose, or about to fall off the car. Bushings, struts, motor and transmission mounts and front ball joints had to be replaced, as some of these parts are not serviceable. Because of Weston and the technicians at Earnhardt repaired our vehicle and now it is almost as quiet as it was when it was new.

Service department was not supposed to rotate tires. Car came out supposidly done and tires WERE ROTATED. Car had to go back to the shop to un-rotate tires. The service advisor was supposed to call myself regarding a earlier service issue. Said he would call several days later after speaking to the service manager. He never called back!!! NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE,
