My wife and I have been customers since 2013. We bought both our vehicles from you and have always been pleased up to now. We brought the Cascada in for service in December for an oil leak. They resealed the front covers. Two weeks later I brought it back still leaking, there was no ticket on it. I was told it was a different leak and it had a crack in the engine. I came back again and when I spoke to Dan Vicek I explained my 46 years as a GM technician and the last 20 as a shop foreman at Pitre Buick, Pontiac, GMC. Dan got the car in found the oil leak was from the oil pump flow control valve. The leak is now fixed. We were charged $1796 for the first visit and another $463 for the actual repair. I do not believe they found the root cause in the first service and the resealing of the front covers was necessary. Larry Smith

Went and had my car transmission flushed, and then I had my transmission checked by a mechanic, and it was smelly burden and dirty, had to have another mechanic flush my transmission and he said it was never change contacted them said manager would contact me. He left me a voicemail when I tried calling back twice leaving them to voicemails never got a callback. I would never recommend them again or go back And told them and they said how do they know that I was showing them the right transmission oil all they have to do is look back on their cameras and see if it was changed which it wasn’t. I have no reason to lie paid $233 for nothing and had to pay another 300 to get it done right

I have been very frustrated with my experiences getting my vehicle serviced. This was the fourth time coming in for the same problem and I continue to be concerned that the problem will persist. During my most recent appointment, a new crack in my windshield was present when I picked up my vehicle. This crack was not present when I dropped it off. Earnhardt failed to provide any solutions or to offer any assistance to fix something that happened on their watch. Autumn has been great and I can tell she has tried her best. I feel the problem lies in the manager who failed to see that as a problem that needed to be addressed and pretty much brushed off the issue. Terrible customer service from the manager in my opinion. Particularly after having to come in repeatedly for the same problem with my vehicle, I would have thought they'd be willing to at least help fix it. I have tried my best to be patient through all of the issues, but that was the nail in the coffin for me as far as Earnhardt's is concerned.

After waiting a month for some minor warranty work, I also wanted the vehicle to be serviced regarding the Vehicle Appearance Program we had purchased with the vehicle. While dropping the vehicle off I showed the service rep the required warranty work and indicated the interior and exterior needed attention per the ‘VAP”. He indicated they did nothing to the interior. I then read the contract part regarding the maintenance agreement and interior protection treatments section. The rep did not respond. After keeping the vehicle for 2 days I picked it up and the interior had not been touched (not even vacuumed as the contract indicates)and the floor mats were dirtier than when I dropped off. I did not mention at this time because my car had already been there for 2 days. I did contact the service manager and got the feeling the department is not familiar with the requirements of the VAP, but he did say to drop it off and they would apply the interior treatment. The vehicle needs to be vacuumed and then treated but I am not confident it will be done properly on a return visit.

Over the weekend my Buick Enclave was showing signs the battery was weak, although the dash showed there was no problem. Having had the battery die in a parking lot several years ago I didnt want to go through that again. I called Earnhardt on Sunday and was advised to have the car at the service entrance at 7 the next morning. On Monday with no appointment they drove the car in right away, replaced the battery and I was on my way a little after 8. Best service ever! Thank you

I took my vehicle in for a 10:00 warranty repair. I was told they would have it done by the end of the day, so I waited for a shuttle ride home. After maybe 30 minutes, Mark, my service advisor, told me my ride was ready. He then told me my ride would be my own vehicle because the technician was able to squeeze my job in. That was great because it saved me a trip home and then back again. Great service!!

We dropped our car off on Monday morning for warranty work. We couldn’t get any updates throughout the week and were incurring rental charges. Finally Friday afternoon they said we could pick the car up after calls and texts from us. They said that they fixed the window, but didn’t get the wheels done, and couldn’t duplicate the other two issues we dropped it off for. When we picked up the vehicle the window still wasn’t fixed and literally nothing else was done. Zero follow up and said finally we should hear about the wheels the following week. Here we are at the end of week 2 and still no call back. I got a text response Tuesday that they would talk to the technician about the window and still nothing. I’m beyond disappointed. My husband and I are both in auto claims and warranties as leaders and this is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I have left a review on Yelp and Google and sent a message through Facebook. I plan to contact the service center manager and likely the BBB.

I have never dealt with such rudeness in my life. I will never come back to that dealership again which is sad I always was well taken care of at Earnhardt Toyota. I asked a question about my fuel gage not reading full and response was if it’s full I guess it must not be working right in a condescending manor. I was also there for oil change and emissions leak and I told them my friend who is mechanic turned off the alarm and your service guy rudely said we can’t fix it now. I did get oil change as I did not know when last one was done he did not even look at books to see if it needed done just did it I somehow feel I wasted $100. All we're knowledgeable and able to answer questions and gave me what I needed to make an informed purchase. My only issue is the vehicle prep, which tony and Jessie made right. The cleaning crew who details the vehicle prior to the consumer picking it up, left the vehicle dirtier than it was prior. Black oily footsteps on the light grey/white carpet, oil/dirt smeared across the interior door handles. I sent it back prior to leaving but still had to clean it myself when I got home and there is still an oily footsteps on the carpet. I'd say, that element of the dealership could definitely do better.

Lige was great as always. The service manager is a joke. We requested him to call us a few times over a 3 month period. Not only has he never called us back the few times we came in there he never even came out to talk to us and give us an update on my truck. After three months of my truck sitting there my batteries were dead. They refused to replace them. Do you know what happens to a battery in 115 degree weather with our being on a trickle charger. Of course it's going to die. Which means they didn't start my vehicle for the last 3 months while it was in the shop. Just a joke and really bad customer service.

I brought my truck in basic maintenance service. Oil change, Tire rotation, Collision avoidance light reset, and fuel filter. I was also there to be seen about the front grill recall on my 2022 AT4. Checkin was normal 7am I left and went home and got a call a couple hours later saying the truck was done. There was one call regarding replacement of the fuel filter which I approved. When I picked up the truck I noticed immediately that the tires were not rotated. They were dusty wheels and not a finger print. I also have a tac in the tire which was still in the same orientation as before. Getting a little upset about this because I had this issue the time prior. The collision avoidance indicator was still on. This was a false positive due to a construction barrier. I was told they attempted to reset the code but it kept coming back. I was told that the camera could need to be replaced which was not under the typical warranty. I did some research what GMC says the best practice is for this issue. Clean the camera optics, reset the toggle in the infotainment unit, and disconnect the battery. This is common for the avoidance system to get a false positive from time to time according to GMC. My the tire bother me the most. On two accounts they’ve said they did this and did not. It is hard to trust my oil service and fuel filter was replaced. I think I will be taking my truck to another GMC location at this point. On a positive note everyone communicated clearly, was polite, and professional. I simply do not trust the quality and attention to detail at all anymore

The Sales Staff were terrific. No hard sell, explained everything clearly and bent over backward to make me happy. When I went to pick up my new truck it was bit dirty inside an out. Desert rain and wind is bad here. I asked them to clean it up before I took possession and was given a loaner while it was being detailed. The service manager checked in with me after the sale to make sure I was taken care of.. that was great. They even helped me get a electronic issue addressed very quickly. Finance- Sarah was perfect, she walked me through all the of the sales contract and some options. We discussed an extended warranty. Absolutely no pressure was put on me to buy it either. I did buy it after a bit of thought for a decent price. She was accommodating and it was a very pleasant experience. Service-I have had some issues with infotainment center in the truck. Lige and Weston are great. They explained to me what was going on and fixed it. Both of them spent time with me showing me how to operate some of the bells and whistles and now my carplay works perfectly!! Weston literally sat in my truck rebooted some stuff and had enough patience with an old man to resolve the issue! Thank you Weston and Lige!

If I could only make one complaint, it's that when we're standing there waiting to be seen, it feels like none of the service advisors acknowledge you. No 'I'll be right with you' or 'We'll take care of you in just a moment'. I get it they're busy, but sometimes felt unseen. My advisor, Autumn, was the only one who made eye contact with me and said 'I'll be right with you'. My only other complaint was, I had my one and only mail key in my console tray, and someone moved it to the dash behind the cluster screen, which wasn't visible from anywhere, and Autumn luckily found it there, but why was it touched or moved in the first place? Besides that, they're very thorough as far as checking in your vehicle and I didn't have to wait a long time for my service to be completed.

Last Saturday I found the GMC Yukon Denali online at Earnhardt that fit my requirements very closely. My situation was somewhat unique in that I had 2 ( nice) trades. They were very responsive to my situation and within a short time I had a very competitive quote. We worked out a deal but I had 2 more issues; I live approximately 1 1/2 hrs from the dealership and secondly my wife is very ill and I didn’t know how to get the 2 trades to them in a timely manner. Chad ( sales mgr) and Jesse in sales called me back and told me Jesse and another employee would drive the new Yukon up the next day ( Sunday) and drive the 2 trades back to their store! Problems solved! It’s nice to see such an excellent level of customer service still out there. This is the 1st time I’ve ever purchased a new vehicle sight unseen, but I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The follow up from Jesse has been authentic and more than expected, I highly recommend this dealership if you want to deal with quality people.

The dealership looks like it needs an update. Poor parking, poor location, service advisors would rather advise me that my concerns all typical behavior for, insert concern about vehicle. Also they advise me their transmission guy is out/over booked, advise me to drop off my vehicle and wait for 3 days then be charged $150 for proper diagnostic, then be advised if a part is needed it’s on back order. Get real. The service manager has still yet to follow up on my transmission replacement. The dealer is vague about repairs, shady about know issues, reluctant to divulge the truth. Pathetic

My vehicle a 2024 GMC AT4 Acadia was in for a radiator nose leaking. My vehicle was brought in on October 22, 2025. Did not received my vehicle until November 18, 2025. Earnhardt supplied me with a rental vehicle for the duration of the repair. It was just frustrating that it took that long to get the part. Another thing is that my brakes front life showed 42 percent at the time and they indicated that it was the module software that needed to be updated. Well it corrected it self for a little while, but just lately it has been showing that my front brakes are at 18 percent, and the rear are at 76 percent. It just doesn't make sense with 12,000 miles on this 2024 vehicle why it would show that percentage. Does the sensor need to be changed, or reset again?
