Trim Levels (Exterior)
You can find the 2023 GMC Yukon in five trims: SLE, SLT, AT4, Denali, and Denali Ultimate. The SLE features a manual liftgate, black assist steps, and 18-inch wheels. The SLT adds LED headlights, chrome accents, and an attention-grabbing Yukon grille. Moving up to the AT4 gets you a hands-free power liftgate and 20-inch wheels. Engine (Power)
Three engine options are available for the 2023 GMC Yukon, based on your trim level. The SLE, SLT, and AT4 feature a 5.3-liter V-8 with variable valve timing and dynamic fuel management technology for 383 horsepower and 355 pound-feet of torque. On the Denali and Denali Ultimate, you get a 6.2-liter V-8 that garners 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque.
You can also choose a 3.0-liter Duramax engine on every trim except the AT4. This engine produces 277 horsepower and 360 pound-feet of torque. Each engine is matched to a 10-speed automatic transmission for a smooth driving experience.
Performance
GMC has added many performance enhancements to the 2023 Yukon to make driving more enjoyable. Rear-wheel drive is standard across trims, except the AT4 with a standard four-wheel-drive system, also available on the other trims. When properly equipped, you can tow up to 8,400 pounds with your Yukon. A premium smooth-ride suspension helps keep you and your passengers comfortable on even the longest drives. The EPA-estimated 20 mpg for a large three-row SUV helps keep you on the road longer between stops for gas.
Interior
Take a seat inside the 2023 GMC Yukon for a unique interior experience focused on driver and passenger comfort. The SLE has a Wi-Fi hotspot, wireless phone connectivity, tri-zone automatic climate control, a power-adjustable driver's seat, and a 10.2-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The SLT features heated front seats, leather upholstery, wireless charging, and a nine-speaker Bose premium sound system. GMC has added many standard and available safety and driver-assistance features to the 2023 Yukon to help keep everyone safe. Standard features include an advanced airbag system, forward collision mitigation, and lane-keeping assist. You can add a blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert to the SLE with the GMC Pro Safety Plus package.
